This beautiful solid brass statue finished with a lustrous gold color depicts the Buddha meditating with his hands in the wish giving mudra. Buddha is depicted seated on a lotus, his pose with right hand facing downward with fingers extended toward the ground and palm facing outwards. A bowl of herbs rests in the left hand upon the lap in double lotus posture signifies his healing presence. In Tibetan Buddhist tradition this posture represents the Buddha bestowing blessings, knowledge and granting of wishes. Keeping this Buddha statue to your sacred space will add to serenity and happiness.
