Caribbean Calcite is aqua-blue in color and is the stable form, whereas Aragonite is white-brown in color and metastable. When heated over a long period of time, all Aragonite will ultimately transform into Calcite. This Blue Aragonite Sphere comes from a 2019 carbonate mineral deposit discovered in the Baluchistan region, along the border of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
