Method 1 - String or Paper Strip
Cut a thin strip of paper or string long enough to wrap around your finger.
Wrap snugly around the base of the finger - tight enough to stay, loose enough to slip over your knuckle.
Mark where the ends meet, lay flat against a ruler. This measurement in mm is your finger circumference.

Place a well-fitting ring flat on a ruler. Measure the inner diameter edge to edge. Find it in the diameter column below.
