We love Ganesh - the chubby, gentle, wise, elephant-headed deity, known as the remover of obstacles. Ganesh, son of Lords Shiva and Parvati, is the deity whom worshippers first acknowledge when visiting a temple.
This is "One of a Kind" reclining statue of Ganesh in blessings and abundance mode, cast out of heavy recycled brass and detailed with a fine antique patina finish. Lord Ganesha is usually depicted with four arms and in this rendering, the lower right hand is turned in a gesture of protection or fearlessness (abhaya mudra), making it a powerful addition to your sacred space. Displaying a statue of Ganesha is believed to bring about harmony, prosperity, and health.
